Refund Policy

We want to make sure that all customers are happy with their orders!

Therefore if something isn't quite right, don't hesitate to reach out to us by emailing hello@retroreverie.co.uk within 14 days of the date the item was received

We only accept returns if contacted within this time period. Items must remain in the unused, resellable condition which they left our studio in

* PLEASE NOTE that you will have to pay for all return postage costs & any customs charges. Keep any tracking receipts with you for reference, we cannot be responsible for your items return journey & cannot refund you if it does not return back to us

In the rare case that the item you have received is defective, please fill out our contact form & send us a clear photo of any damage - we will work with you to rectify it
